Last week we held the first of this year’s regional user group meetings. Attended by Tealeaf power users from leading organizations in financial services, travel, retail, insurance and more, the San Francisco RUG was just what we’d hoped for. It was a valuable learning experience for our customers and a venue for peer-to-peer networking and insightful conversations.
This year’s RUGs are heavily loaded with customer presentations. Three customers gave case study presentations on their use of Tealeaf at different stages, each followed by a related how-to session from Tealeaf. The round-table and networking sessions were also very productive.

But don’t take it from us. Our customers weighed in on the day as well. In fact, they rated the event an average of 4.4 on a scale of 1 – 5. And here are just a few of their survey comments…
“Case studies and how-tos were very useful.”
“All of the presentations were valuable. Good to hear about how other customers are utilizing Tealeaf. “
We live-tweeted from the event. For a recap of highlights, visit us on Twitter. If you’ll be attending or following us in Chicago or New York, trending topics will be #CRUG and #NYRUG, respectively.
We hope for similar results at our upcoming RUGs in Chicago and New York—plus our Customer Forum in London. Remember, it’s all about the customers!
